Accent Coach Privacy Policy

Accent Coach is provided by SPRING DATA LIMITED. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information the App Uses

Accent Coach records short speech practice clips only when you press the record button. The app uses the microphone recording to request a speech transcription and produce pronunciation feedback. If you choose Scan Text in Reading Lab, the app uses the camera to detect printed text and place it into the local editor.

Speech Recognition

The app uses Apple Speech recognition. Depending on device and system availability, speech recognition may be processed by Apple. Accent Coach does not operate its own speech-recognition server.

Local Storage

Audio recordings are temporary. Most recordings are deleted after analysis completes. A Daily Real English recording is retained only while you compare your voice with the reference and is deleted when you record again, change the lesson or accent, or leave that screen. Practice results, including score, phrase title, feedback, and transcript, are stored locally on your device so you can review progress. Your selected practice pet is stored locally, and pet growth is calculated from local practice history. Scanned or typed Reading Lab text remains local to the app while you are editing and practising. You can clear local history from the app settings.

Accounts and Tracking

Accent Coach does not require an account, does not collect location data, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. SPRING DATA LIMITED does not receive your full payment card details.
