I bought Birdsong Trail Pro on my iPhone — how do I unlock it on my iPad?
Open Settings inside the app on your iPad and tap Restore Purchases. As long as both devices use the same Apple ID, your unlock will appear.
My streak reset — what happened?
The streak counts consecutive UTC calendar days. If a day passed without finishing the daily walk, the streak resets to 1 the next time you finish one.
I'm color-blind — can I still play the puzzles?
Yes. In Settings turn on Color-blind safe to add outlines and shape cues. You can also enable Visual mode to read song waveforms instead of relying on audio.
Where is my journal stored?
Locally on your device, and (if you have iCloud signed in) inside your private iCloud Key-Value Store. We never see it.
Are the bird songs real recordings?
No. They are procedurally synthesized to evoke each bird's song. This keeps the app small and removes any third-party licensing surface, which is also why we can offer Birdsong Trail as a one-time purchase with no subscription.
Will you add my favorite bird?
Quite possibly. Email us with the species and the region and we'll add it to the candidate list for the next regional pack.
