Self-service help for SipCue. The app is designed to work without an account, without cloud setup, and without any external services.
Open the Pro screen from History or Settings and confirm the one-time lifetime purchase through Apple. If you already bought it before, use Restore Purchases in Settings.
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure your device is signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
SipCue uses local notifications on your device. You can turn reminders on or off in Settings and choose the interval and active hours. Reminder delivery still follows your iPhone or iPad notification settings.
Yes. If you enable Health access, SipCue can write the water intake you log to Apple Health. SipCue does not read unrelated health information.
Your logs, settings, and custom containers are stored locally on your device. SipCue does not require an account and does not sync your data to a Spring Data Limited server.
Yes. SipCue supports both iPhone and iPad with layouts that adapt to larger screens.
You can delete entries inside the app, or remove the app from your device to erase the data stored locally by SipCue.
