Privacy Policy

Gaze Guard keeps your eye-care data on your device.

This policy applies to the Gaze Guard iPhone and iPad app published by SPRING DATA LIMITED.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal data, create user accounts, run advertising analytics, or track you across apps or websites.

Information stored on your device

  • Timer preferences such as work interval and break duration.
  • Break history, streaks, and weekly summary data.
  • Local widget snapshots so Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets stay in sync.
  • StoreKit entitlement state to reflect whether Pro features are unlocked on the device.

Optional permissions

  • Notifications: used to send silent eye-break reminders.
  • Calendar access: used only to determine whether a meeting is currently active so reminders can be delayed until you are free.
  • Focus status access: used only to respect Focus modes when the user enables that feature.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card data. Apple may provide transaction details needed to confirm that Pro access is active on your device.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties because the app does not collect personal data in the first place.

Children

Gaze Guard is a general wellness app and is not directed to children under 13.
