Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers the Guest Tab iOS app (“the app”, “we”, “our”) published by SPRING DATA LIMITED. Our summary: we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data about you on servers we operate.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not operate an account system, does not sign you in, and does not transmit your data to a server we control.
What stays on your device
- Wedding records you create (couple names, dates, venues, dress code, RSVP status, +1, notes, other guests you've added).
- Photos you take or import of outfits.
- Gift records you create (amount, platform, reference note, thank-you status).
- Travel itinerary items you add.
All of this is stored on your device using Apple's local storage APIs.
iCloud sync
If you have iCloud Drive enabled for Guest Tab on your Apple ID, your data is synchronised between your own Apple devices through Apple's private CloudKit container. SPRING DATA LIMITED cannot read this data. We do not operate a server. If you do not want iCloud sync, disable it for Guest Tab in Settings › Apple ID › iCloud on your device.
Wedding websites
When you paste a wedding-website URL (e.g. from Zola, The Knot, Joy, Minted) and ask the app to auto-import details, the app loads that URL directly from your device. The information parsed stays on your device. We do not log the URL, we do not route traffic through any server, and we do not scrape wedding sites in bulk.
Payments
Guest Tab Pro is offered either as a one-time purchase (Lifetime) or an auto-renewable annual subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment information. Apple provides us with aggregate sales information only.
Analytics, ads, and third-party SDKs
None. Guest Tab contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting SDKs, and no third-party tracking libraries.
Children
Guest Tab is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone. The app does not include user accounts or messaging features.
Your choices
Because all data stays on your device, you can erase everything at any time by deleting the app. If you have enabled iCloud sync, you can erase the iCloud copy by going to Settings › Apple ID › iCloud › Manage Storage › Guest Tab.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and describe the change.
