Overview

Inkwell is a cozy mystery puzzle game. We designed the current app build to work without account registration, advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking.

Data We Collect

The current app does not collect personal data. Gameplay progress is saved locally on your device so the app can remember solved cases, restored pages, and collected evidence.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. SPRING DATA LIMITED does not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide transaction information needed to unlock purchased content and support purchase restoration.

Tracking and Advertising

Inkwell does not contain third-party advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

Third-Party Services

The current App Store build does not send photographs, prompts, or gameplay content to third-party AI services. If a future version adds online image-generation or cloud features, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated before release.

Children

Inkwell is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay progress remains on your device until you delete the app or erase its data. You can remove all local data by deleting the app from your device.

International Users

Because the current build does not collect personal data, no personal data is transferred by SPRING DATA LIMITED to external servers.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
