Lunch Rotate Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SPRING DATA LIMITED handles information when you use Lunch Rotate.

What Lunch Rotate Does

Lunch Rotate is a packed-lunch planning app for parents. It lets you save lunch combos, assign them to a school-week planner, track container inventory, build a shopping list, and save optional lunch-memory photos.

Data Collection

We do not collect personal data from the app.

• No account creation
• No analytics SDKs
• No tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No remote sync or cloud storage in this release

Data Stored On Your Device

Lunch Rotate stores the following locally on your device so the app can work:

• Child profiles, including names, emojis, notes, and optional allergen flags
• Lunch ideas, ingredients, prep notes, and planned lunches
• Container inventory counts for clean, packed, and dishwasher states
• Optional lunch-memory photos and notes that you choose to save
• A small widget snapshot for today’s lunch and tomorrow’s prep preview

This information stays on your device unless you back up or export the device itself.

Photos and Reminders

If you choose to use photo memories, the app uses the system photo picker so you can select images. If you export a shopping list to Apple Reminders, the app requests reminders access only at the moment you trigger that export.

In-App Purchases

Lunch Rotate offers subscriptions through Apple’s StoreKit system. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Children’s Privacy

Lunch Rotate is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
