How do I restore purchases?

Open the PawDose paywall or Settings screen and use the Restore Purchases option. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

Why am I not getting reminders?

Check that notifications are allowed for PawDose in iOS Settings and confirm the medication is active with a scheduled dose time.

Why is the widget not updating?

Widgets can refresh on a delay depending on iOS scheduling. Opening the app and updating a dose can help trigger a refresh.

Does PawDose require an account?

No. PawDose is designed to work without creating an account.
