These terms govern your use of the VitaStack app and related support pages.

App purpose

VitaStack is intended to help users organize supplements and track intake. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscriptions and purchases

VitaStack Pro may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies and your Apple account settings.

User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the supplement information you enter and for using the app in a manner that fits your own health needs and circumstances.

Availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue features of VitaStack over time. We aim to keep the app available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every environment or device configuration.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaStack is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
