Claim Keep Privacy Policy
Claim Keep is designed to store warranty records locally on the user’s device by default. We do not require account creation to use the app.

Information handled by the app
Claim Keep can store the following information when the user chooses to enter it:
- Product names and categories
- Purchase dates and warranty end dates
- Seller names, model numbers, serial numbers, and notes
- Receipt photos and product photos
This information is stored locally on the device for warranty tracking and claim export features.
Permissions
- Camera permission is used only when the user chooses to scan a receipt or warranty card.
- Photo library permission is used only when the user chooses to import receipt or product photos.
- Notification permission is used only to schedule warranty expiry reminders.
Purchases
Claim Keep offers a one-time Pro unlock through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive full payment card information.
Support email
If you email us for support, we use the information you provide in that email only to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue you reported.
Your choices
- You can choose not to grant Camera, Photos, or Notifications permissions.
- You can delete individual warranty records inside the app.
- You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
