Troubleshooting
- If receipt scanning does not open, confirm Camera access is enabled for Claim Keep in iPhone Settings.
- If reminders do not arrive, confirm notifications are enabled and the app is allowed to send alerts.
- If the Pro unlock does not appear, open Claim Keep Settings and use Restore Purchases.
- If a PDF claim packet does not share correctly, try the system share sheet again after reopening the warranty detail screen.
- If you want to remove all locally stored warranty records, delete the app from the device.
Feature summary
- Track purchase date, warranty end date, seller, category, model number, serial number, notes, and photos.
- Use receipt scanning or photo import to attach documentation.
- Get reminders 30, 14, and 7 days before warranty expiry.
