How to get help

When you contact support, include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual.

Support topics

We can help with reminders, widgets, purchase restore, mood logging, export and backup flows, Mood Garden behavior, and general troubleshooting for the current app build.

Reminders are not appearing

  • Open MoodSnap Settings and make sure the daily reminder is enabled.
  • Check iPhone Settings and confirm notification permission is allowed for MoodSnap.
  • Try changing the reminder time and saving it again.

Widgets are not updating

  • Log a new mood entry inside the app.
  • If the widget still looks stale, remove the widget and add it again.
  • Make sure the app has been launched at least once after install.

Pro is not unlocked

  • Open the Pro paywall in MoodSnap.
  • Tap Restore Purchase.
  • If Pro still does not unlock, email support with a screenshot of the Pro status section.

Export or backup questions

  • Export Data (CSV) creates a spreadsheet-friendly file.
  • Export Full Backup creates a JSON backup with entries and settings.
  • Import Backup replaces the current on-device data with the selected backup.
