What Pollen Diary supports

The app is built for iPhone and iPad and focuses on simple daily logging with optional subscription features.

Core diary

Track symptoms, medications, conditions, activities, and notes in a daily log.

Reports and exports

Generate seasonal summaries and export diary data as CSV or PDF when available for the user’s plan.

Widgets

Use the widget to keep recent progress visible from the Home Screen or StandBy.

Subscriptions

Optional Pro access is offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Troubleshooting

A few quick steps solve the most common issues.

Purchases are not updating

Open Settings in the app and use Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

The widget is not refreshing

Open the app, update a log entry, and give the system a moment to refresh widget timelines. Removing and re-adding the widget can also help.

I need help with exports

Check that the app has enough free storage, then try the export again. If the problem continues, email support with the device and iOS version.

The app looks different at large text sizes

Pollen Diary supports Dynamic Type. If you find a screen that is difficult to use, please email support and include a screenshot.
