Privacy Choices

Paw Clock gives you in-app controls for exporting, disconnecting, and deleting the pet-care data visible on your device. These choices are available without contacting support.
Export your current data
Open Care Team and choose Prepare Care Team Export to create a JSON export of the pets, feeding logs, caregivers, and settings currently visible in the app on this device.
Disconnect iCloud sync on one device
If this device has joined a shared Care Team, open Care Team and choose Disconnect Sync on This Device. This stops the device from following the shared iCloud copy. Local data already stored on the device remains available unless you delete it separately.
Delete the shared iCloud copy
If this device owns the Care Team share, open Care Team and choose Delete Shared iCloud Data. This removes the shared Care Team from iCloud for all invited caregivers. Local data already stored on each device is not automatically erased.
Delete local data
Inside the app, you can delete individual pets, feeding logs, caregivers, and care routines. Removing the app from a device also removes the local Paw Clock data stored on that device.
