Paw Clock helps households track pet feeding, reminders, and who handled each meal. If you need help, send a note to the support email above and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

How do I restore purchases?
Open Care Team in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Restores are handled by Apple and use the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
How do reminders work?
Paw Clock uses local notifications. Open Care Team, turn on Enable notifications, then review due-soon, overdue, quiet-hours, and Pro reminder settings.
How does Care Team sync work?
Open Care Team and tap Invite Caregiver. If iCloud Sync is not on yet, Paw Clock turns it on first and then opens Apple's sharing sheet so you can choose Messages or Mail. The invited person must accept on a device signed in to iCloud. Shared pets, caregivers, logs, and optional pet profile photos are then synced through Apple's CloudKit service.
How does Scan Food Label work?
From a pet profile, choose Scan Food Label. The app reads text from a bag, can, or label on-device and suggests food details for you to confirm before saving.
How do I delete data?
You can delete pets, feeding logs, and caregivers inside the app. If you remove the app from your device, local Paw Clock data stored on that device is also removed. The owner of a shared Care Team can also export data or delete the shared iCloud copy from the Care Team screen.
What if prices or purchases do not appear?
Confirm you are online, then reopen the paywall and try again. If the issue continues, contact support and include a screenshot of the paywall and your iOS version.
